#flexfriday #swipe Everyone has a “next level” and in order to get to mine I had to do what I’ve NEVER DONE! My new COACH @godly_fitclassy Has given me life these past couple of weeks! Here’s a snippet of some of today’s session where I died ☠️......Before NOW, I have lost over 80lbs on my own and kept it off for 6 plus years. I was happy and proud of my progress but got to a point in 2019, where I was frustrated with my weight fluctuations trying to gain muscle mass yet stay lean and tone at the same time. Some days I’d show really nice tone and other days I’d have no tone at all! (To me anyway) All I ended up doing was making myself extremely bloated in the process... I had been battling hormonal imbalances since I gave birth to my son and BLOATING has always been a big issue for me□sooooooo.....I STOPPED overthinking IT ALL and reached out to someone who inspires me! My coach @godly_fitclassy specializes in estrogen dominance, nutrition, weight loss and is a SPIRITUAL and LIFE coach! She has been pushing me to new levels in and out of the gym and it’s already paying off!
